Booking & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
- Full payment must be completed before the start of the trip unless otherwise agreed.
Pricing
- Prices may vary depending on season, hotel availability, transportation costs, government taxes, and other travel-related factors.
- Any additional personal expenses during the trip are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation and service providers involved.
- Refund eligibility will be calculated according to the cancellation policy of hotels, transport providers, and other partners.
Travel Documents
- Travellers are responsible for carrying valid ID proofs, passports, permits, visas, and other required travel documents.
- Maxx Fun Holiday will not be responsible for issues caused due to missing or invalid documents.
Changes in Itinerary
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, natural disasters, road conditions, government restrictions, or any unavoidable circumstances for the safety and comfort of travellers.
Liability
Maxx Fun Holiday acts only as a travel organizer and shall not be held responsible for delays, accidents, injuries, losses, theft, weather conditions, or any unforeseen events beyond our control.
Traveller Responsibility
- Travellers are expected to maintain proper behaviour during the journey.
- Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or equipment by a traveller will be the traveller’s responsibility.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by natural disasters, strikes, political disturbances, pandemics, or other uncontrollable events.

By booking with Maxx Fun Holiday, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Return & Refund Policy
At Maxx Fun Holiday, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all travellers.
Cancellation by Customer
- Refunds for cancellations will depend on the cancellation timing and policies of hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Certain bookings may be non-refundable during peak seasons or promotional offers.
Cancellation by Maxx Fun Holiday
In case a trip or service is cancelled by us due to unavoidable circumstances, travellers may receive an alternative option or applicable refund.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
Non-Refundable Services
The following may be non-refundable:
- Last-minute bookings
- Flight/train tickets
- Visa fees
- Permit charges
- Adventure activity bookings
- Customized travel arrangements
No Show Policy
No refunds will be provided for unused services, missed departures, or no-shows after the trip has started.
